About Rebecca

bella vita was born in 2009 with a camera, a marketing degree and a passion for photography. Over fifteen years later, I still get butterflies before every single session.

I'm a natural light, on location photographer. There's something magical about Michigan seasons — the way the flowers bloom in the spring and the trees change colors in the fall.

Every session is designed around YOU — your style, your personality, your family's energy. I want you to look at these photos in twenty years and feel everything all over again.

How It Works

Step 1: Let's Chat

Fill out the contact form or email me. I'll reply within 24 hours with availability and ideas. No pressure — just a conversation.

Step 2: The Session

We'll choose a beautiful location, you show up and be yourselves. I'll guide you through it and capture every real moment.

Step 3: Your Gallery

Within 2–3 weeks you'll receive a private online gallery and print release. You can download and share — all from the comfort of your own home. Products such as canvas gallery wraps, acrylic and metals, even prints are also available.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

For senior portraits, 3–6 months ahead is ideal. Family sessions usually book 1–3 months out. Mini sessions sell out within days of advertising due to limited spots.

How many outfit changes can I bring?

Seniors should bring up to 3 outfit changes. For families, one coordinated look usually works. You will receive a detailed style guide once you have booked.

What happens if it rains?

I'll text you 24 hours before and we'll reschedule — no extra charge. A little overcast? That's perfect for photos.

Where do sessions take place?

On location throughout Southeast Michigan. I've shot at dozens of locations in Livingston County, Oakland County, and beyond.

When will I receive my photos?

Within 2–3 weeks you'll receive a link to your private gallery along with a print release.
